As Deputy Manager – Sales (Business Development), you will be responsible for expanding RemitX's footprint in the Delhi region. The role focuses on generating leads, acquiring new clients, building institutional partnerships (such as with educational consultants, corporates, and travel agencies), and increasing sales of forex and remittance products. You will play a pivotal role in achieving regional revenue targets and driving strategic business growth.
Responsibilities
•Drive sales for RemitX products including currency notes, forex cards, student remittances, and travel-related forex services.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with educational consultants, corporates, travel agents, and other institutional clients.
• Generate and manage leads through field visits, cold calling, events, digital channels, and referrals.
• Identify market opportunities and execute region-specific business development strategies to boost customer acquisition.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through service excellence, timely communication, and problem resolution.
• Represent RemitX at student fairs, travel expos, and partner events to promote brand visibility.
• Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and regularly update progress reports to regional heads.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated with RBI guidelines related to remittances and foreign exchange transactions.
Requirements

You will play a strategic role in shaping RemitX’s presence in one of the most competitive and high-potential markets in India.
Responsibilities
•Own and drive the business development strategy for Delhi to meet revenue and growth targets for RemitX products – including forex cards, currency notes, student remittances, and outward transfers.
•Identify and develop new business verticals and strategic partnerships with educational consultants, corporates, travel companies, immigration consultants, and high-value individual clients.
•Lead a team of Deputy Managers and Sales Executives; monitor performance, set targets, and guide daily field activities.
•Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and identify trends to develop region-specific GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.
•Ensure end-to-end client servicing including onboarding, KYC documentation, transaction follow- ups, and issue resolution in coordination with the operations team.
•Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement, loyalty programs, and referral networks.
•Represent RemitX at events, expos, and strategic forums to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
