When you arrive at Noi Bai International airport in Hanoi, you'll be smilingly met and transferred to your downtown hotel. Note: Early check-in and breakfast are not included today. After Breakfast, our Tour guide will pick up you at the hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter then depart to Halong Bay by Expressway Transfer. Around 12 pm, arrive Tuan Chau Harbor. Welcome to Cozy Bay Premium Cruise. Enjoy 6-hour journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes while having Buffet lunch on boat. Visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalactites with different shapes of sea lives. Later visit Titop Island with sandy beach to the towering limestone mountain with excellent backdrop of the Bay and climb up Titop Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise. Also enjoy kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful Lagoon. Around 5 pm, cruise back to Tuan Chau Harbor. This city tour of Hanoi takes in essential sites which will commence from your hotel lobby at 08.30 am. In the morning, you'll visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex including the Mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace and the nearby One Pillar Pagoda - founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049. The structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. You'll continue visiting Ngoc Son Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake - the Ngoc Son Temple is set on a tiny island on Hoan Kiem Lake, its history dating back to the 13th century. Afternoon your private vehicle will be waiting for you and drive straight to Noi Bai airport in Hanoi for an afternoon flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival, pick up and transfer to your hotel in the downtown. Dinner at local Indian restaurant. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City. Note: From 2018, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is closed all day on Monday and Fridays, as well as from June 15 to August 15 (approx.) for annual conservation. Most museums close on Mondays.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival, pick up and drive to Cu Chi Tunnels where you will visit the amazing network of underground tunnels was used during the Vietnam War by the Viet Cong. This huge construction was a habitation for villagers in the war time. With 3 levels of depth, it was never discovered by the US during the Vietnam War despite its proximity to Saigon. Visit the fighting tunnel system with your local guide. Return to hotel by 17h00. Dinner at local Indian restaurant. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
After breakfast, you'll head south to My Tho pier to board a boat on the Mekong River for a sight-seeing of the four islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, Phoenix and Rach Mieu bridge. Heading to Thoi Son (Unicorn Island, the biggest island in this area which is about 1.200 square hectare and about 11 km long) to see beehives and enjoy honey tea at local house. Continuing to An Hoa Island, Ben Tre province to visit a coconut candy workshop. Taking horse-carriage ride (or electric cart) along the village road. Resting at a farmhouse to enjoy some fresh tropical fruits and listen to some traditional music performed by local people. Rowing small boat (sampan) along a beautiful natural canal and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in the countryside. Returning to My Tho city and enjoy fresh coconut on the boat. Return to My Tho Pier where your private vehicle will take you back to Ho Chi Minh City with stop en-route to visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, one of an oldest in Southern Vietnam. The pagoda is also known as the largest pagoda and the most special architecture in Mekong Delta. Its architecture was influenced by Vietnamese culture and Khmer’s culture as well as European’s architecture. Return to your hotel at around 5p.m. Dinner at local Indian restaurant. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Breakfast at hotel then take a guided half day city tour, starting with the Reunification Palace; the former South Vietnam Presidential Palace; the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, as you get your camera working overtime peeking into the past of Vietnam's biggest, most energetically progressive city. You will also visit Ben Thanh Market with time for shopping. Your time will be your own until being picked up to head to Ho Chi Minh City's Tan Son Nhat Airport for your onward journey or departure flight home.
